Ushir Shah is the founder and CEO of Namu, a Singapore-based investment banking platform that connects corporate deals with institutional capital around the world. Ushir has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, including stints as a consultant, advisor, and investor.

Shah began their career in the financial industry as a consultant with Evarexus. Ushir then joined Round Table Wealth Management as a partner, COO, and CCEO. In this role, they were responsible for the company's compliance with regulatory requirements. Ushir also served as a member of the company's investment committee.

In 2017, Shah left Round Table to become the CEO of Softdel, a software development company. Ushir remained in this role until 2018, when they founded Namu.
