In 2008, they joined Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners as an Associate and stayed until 2009. From 2009, they joined Nan Fung Group, where they held various roles including Senior Investment Director and Senior Director - Intl Prop | Head of UK Real Estate | Head of Global Property Research & Analytics. Raymond continues to work at Nan Fung Group.
Raymond Kwok obtained their Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University from 1997 to 2002. Raymond then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Harvard Business School from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, Raymond Kwok earned an IB diploma from the Chinese International School.
