In addition, Antony was the Independent Director of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Mobile (Hong Kong) Limited, American International Assurance (Hong Kong) Limited, and an International Advisory Board member of China Development Bank. His public service experience includes non-official member of the Executive Council, member of the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee, Hong Kong Airport Authority, Chairman of the Education Commission and University Grants Committee in Hong Kong.
