Ozlem Bilis

Ozlem Bilis is a skilled UX and Data Visualization Designer currently working at Pivotal Life Sciences since February 2024, where key achievements include the design and launch of an NLU-powered dashboard and AI chatbot, resulting in significant improvements in time-to-insight and user engagement. Previously, from November 2019 to January 2024, Ozlem served as a Senior UX Designer at Amazon, developing a Generative AI product that empowered numerous e-commerce brands and significantly increased sales. With earlier experience as a Product Designer at ZUM and UI & UX Designer at both Agentdesks and Ozlembilis, Ozlem has consistently demonstrated expertise in user-centered design across various platforms. Ozlem holds an Associate degree in Web Development and Design from Pierce College and has a background in language studies from LSI.
