Shoham Das

Shoham Das is currently the Lead Data Engineer at Pivotal Life Sciences, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Shoham served as a Senior Software Engineer at Octant from December 2022 to November 2024 and as a Senior Bioinformatics Engineer at Illumina from November 2021 to August 2022. Previous experience includes working as a Scientific Software Engineer at Denali Therapeutics, a Full Stack Engineer/Bioinformatics Engineer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and a Bioinformatics Intern at Regeneron. Shoham also contributed as a Research Programmer at the Carl R. Woese Institute for Genomic Biology and as a Project Intern at ShipBob, Inc. Shoham holds a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in May 2018.
