Mike Ciricillo

Mike Ciricillo is a seasoned executive in the natural resources sector with extensive experience in leadership roles across various mining and engineering companies. Currently serving as President of the Natural Resources Sector at NANA since January 2022, Mike is responsible for overseeing shareholder employment and financial outcomes from several businesses in Alaska, with ventures in facilities management, engineering, transportation, and construction. As a co-founder and shareholder at Valkyrie Systems Corporation since April 2014, Mike has also held advisory and directorial positions, including Director at Interra Copper Corp. and Advisor, President, and CEO at Nevada Copper Corp. Prior to these roles, Mike held significant positions at Glencore and Freeport-McMoRan, including Head of Global Copper Assets and President of Freeport-McMoRan Africa. Mike holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from McGill University, an MBA from Western New Mexico University, and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Motorola University.
