Stefan Novotney

Stefan Novotney is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in staffing and account management. Currently serving as Recruiting Manager at NANA since June 2016, Stefan has previously held the role of Senior Recruiter within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as Account Executive at NANA Management Services from February 2014 to June 2016, and as an Account Representative at Arctic Information Technology from July 2011 to January 2014, where knowledge in industry-specific software solutions and customer satisfaction was developed. Stefan began a career at The Alaska Club as Membership Sales Director from January 2006 to July 2011. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
