Carl Nelson

Carl Nelson is a seasoned professional in the field of fire and gas design, with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Fire and Gas Designer at NANA Worley since July 2021, Carl has previously held key positions at NANA WorleyParsons, New Horizons Telecom, AECOM, and VECO Engineering. A strong track record includes significant contributions to major projects such as the Alyeska Turbine Generator Project and various pipeline replacements. Carl's career has been marked by a commitment to excellence in instrumentation and controls design, beginning as a Production CAD Operator early in their career. Carl holds educational credentials from Houston Community College, where studies were completed between 1987 and 1990.
