J.G. Ayodele II has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Jibolu "J.G." is currently a Co-Founder of Nandi Labs, a position they started in July 2022. Prior to that, they founded and served as CEO of Playmaker Entertainment since January 2013.

In 2014, Ayodele co-founded Thando's, a platform for African artists to design for a global audience. Thando's initiates design competitions that highlight social causes in Africa. This role is an ongoing position.

In 2021, Ayodele took on the role of Charity Event Organizer at Play for Ade, and also became a Board Member and Treasurer at The Black TV & Film Collective, a not-for-profit organization.

Between 2018 and 2023, Ayodele held multiple roles at LÁOLÚ NYC, including Art Dealer, Head of the Management Team, Co-Creator/Curator/Producer of LAOLU POP-UP, and Personal Photographer. Jibolu "J.G." was also a Curator and Producer for Laolu NYC Solo Exhibition in May 2021.

Earlier in their career, Ayodele worked as a Business Development Manager at Viacom International Media Networks Africa from 2013 to 2015, and as a Senior Associate at GE Capital from 2007 to 2010.

In 2011, Ayodele held positions as a Special Assistant to the MD/CEO at Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria and as a Sales and Business Development Intern at ViacomCBS Networks Africa.

Jibolu "J.G." Ayodele II has a diverse education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. In 1990, they attended King's College for their primary education and completed it in 1996. Following this, in 1996, they enrolled in Ashville College and obtained an A Levels degree. In 2000, J.G. Ayodele II pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, which they completed in 2002. Jibolu "J.G." continued their education at North Carolina State University from 2003 to 2004, where they obtained a Master of Accounting (MAC) degree with a focus on Accounting. Later, in 2010, J.G. Ayodele II pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at NYU Stern School of Business, specializing in Finance and Entertainment, Media, and Technology. Jibolu "J.G." completed their MBA in 2012. During their time at NYU Stern School of Business, they also participated in an MBA Exchange Program at IESE Business School in 2012. Moreover, they had an opportunity to expand their knowledge of doing business in China through a short-term program at Peking University in 2011.
