Carrol Vaughan

Carrol Vaughan is the Vice President of Professional Services at Nan McKay and Associates, overseeing strategic marketing and professional services engagements. Prior to this role, Carrol served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at the San Diego Housing Commission.
