Rachel Taylor

Rachel Taylor is an experienced professional currently serving as the Vice President of Professional Services at Zappi since June 2017, where responsibilities include managing partner performance across EMEA, developing training materials, and strategizing with partners to achieve business goals. Prior to Zappi, Rachel held several roles at GfK, including Associate Director of Operations Strategic Projects and Associate Director of Panel Operations, focusing on strategy implementation, project management, and team development. Rachel began her career as a Project Manager at Indiefield, where project management and quality processes were key responsibilities. Rachel earned a BA Hons in Drama and Theatre Arts from Middlesex University.
