Soozie Tucker

Soozie Tucker has extensive experience in program management and compliance, currently serving as Program Director, Project Manager, Trainer, and Consultant at Nan McKay and Associates since September 2015. Prior to this role, Soozie held the position of Director of Operations Compliance at Jacksonville Housing Authority from April 2006 to June 2015, overseeing the research and implementation of new regulations and policies, conducting training, quality assurance audits, and fraud investigations. Soozie Tucker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Business from the University of North Florida, where studies were completed between 2005 and 2007, following initial education at the University of Florida in 2004-2005.
