Xuan Liu is a qualified civil engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently employed at Nano and Advanced Materials Institute Ltd. since June 2021. Previously, Xuan served as a Site Civil Engineer at IHI Corporation from April 2015 to May 2021, where responsibilities included site surveys, drawing checks, and procurement assessments, particularly on the HKIA APM modification project in Hong Kong. Earlier in the career, Xuan contributed as an assistant designer, focusing on LNG tank civil structure quotations and Bill of Quantity calculations, and gained field experience as an engineer on a bridge site in Turkey. Xuan holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Osaka University (2013-2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Traffic Engineering from Jiangsu University (2007-2011).
