Lida Hadidi

Director, Research & Development at Nano One

Lida Hadidi is the current Director of Research & Development at Nano One. Prior to this, they participated in the District 3 AI-Life Sciences Discovery Program where they synthesized, developed and modified silicon and silica nanoparticles. Lida also wrote research grant proposals, research/technical reports and Standard Operating Protocols. Additionally, Lida has worked as an Industrial Postdoctoral Researcher - LFP cathode active materials, where they were responsible for leading a part of a multidisciplinary & multi-organizational project between different universities and companies. Some of their key responsibilities included designing and optimizing experiments to achieve pure material, investigating new carbon precursors for coating LFP, evaluating the quality of product using different techniques, and investigating the electrochemical performance of the product by performing different electrochemical methods and techniques. Lida has also authored scientific research reports and publications, and has experience training and supervising interns/new students.
