Mahtab Hourzad has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. mahtab is currently working as the Head of Compensation & Benefits at NanoAlvand Pharmaceutical Co., where they are responsible for calculating employee salaries and benefits, job valuation, and job evaluation.
