Swati Yogesh

Swati Yogesh has over 20 years of experience in HR, starting as an HR Business Partner at Indiacom Limited in 2000. Swati then moved on to roles at Honeywell and AXA, where they focused on talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Their most recent position was at Nanobiotix as Head of HR US & Global Head of Talent Management.

Swati Yogesh completed a General Management Program at The Wharton School in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in 2000 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Osmania University in 1998. Swati also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for their earlier education. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various areas such as managing compassionately and unconscious bias from LinkedIn in 2019.
