Dave Stenson

Dave Stenson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the automotive and electrification sectors. As the Founder and Managing Member of ZMD Acquisitions LLC since March 2025, Stenson explores M&A opportunities in the electrified work truck market. Dave has been the Founder and Chairman of Inventev since November 2011, where Dave focuses on the electrification of medium-duty work trucks, and under his leadership, the company has secured two patents and a significant grant. Stenson also serves as an Industry Advisor at NanoGraf Corporation, applying advanced materials technology to energy storage for automotive and commercial EV applications. Previously, Stenson held key leadership roles including CEO at Zeus Electric Chassis and various executive titles at General Motors, where Dave contributed to significant advancements in product development and engineering operations. Stenson holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSME from General Motors Institute.
