Lien Louage

Lien Louage currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Nanogrid, focusing on leading the Customer Success team and implementing standard work guidelines and CRM improvements. Previously, Lien Louage held multiple roles at Esko from August 2011 to September 2023, culminating in the position of Global Commercial Excellence Leader, where strategic initiatives were developed to support the Suppliers Sales audience. Roles also included Danaher Business System Leader for Suppliers EMEA and NA, and leading customer service teams across various regions. Earlier experience includes application support engineering at Volvo IT and coordination for breakdown processes at Volvo Parts Customer Solutions. Lien Louage holds a Master’s degree in Translation from Lessius Hogeschool Antwerpen, supplemented by foundational marketing education.
