Lou Hayward

Lou Hayward is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including healthcare, government, and marketing. Currently serving as Global Brand and Communications Manager at Nanosonics since January 2024, Lou previously held the position of Change & Internal Communications Manager at Black Dog Institute and served as a Communications Business Partner at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice. Notable achievements include supporting NSW Health's COVID-19 response and leading communication strategies at Cochlear. Lou holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising from UNSW and an LLB (Hons) in Law with International Legal Studies from the University of Southampton.
