Marie McDonald

Ms. McDonald joined the Nanosonics Board in October 2016, bringing with her a strong background in corporate and commercial law, having practiced for many years as a partner at Ashurst. Ms. McDonald was Chair of the Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia (2012 to 2013) and was a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel from 2001 to 2010. Ms. McDonald is currently a Non-executive Director of CSL Limited, Nufarm Limited, and the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research.
