Randu Aditara

Randu Aditara has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Randu is currently the Head of Product at Nanovest since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Lead Product Manager at Virgo from March 2020 to April 2022. Randu also served as the AVP Payment Squad Leader at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) from January 2020 to March 2020. Randu Aditara has prior experience as a Product Manager at OVO (PT Visionet Internasional), where they managed a team and successfully reduced CoF. Randu also worked as a Specialist in the MFS and New Business Division at Indosat Ooredoo. Additionally, Randu Aditara has worked as a Consultant at Accenture and held various roles at Commonwealth Bank, PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk., and Colliers-International.

Randu Aditara has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Magister Manajemen FEB UGM, which they obtained in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Indonesia, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Before attending university, they studied science at SMUN 1 SURAKARTA from 2000 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Aditara has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they received the Wakil Agen Penjual Efek Reksadana (WAPERD) certification from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. In 2015, they obtained the Banking Risk Management Certification Level 2 from Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Perbankan, and in 2013, they obtained the Banking Risk Management Certification Level 1 from the same institution.
