Rahul Sen

Rahul, PhD, is the Chief Technology Officer, where he directs materials development, research and engineering for Nantero’s NRAM® product. He is the lead inventor of Nantero’s micro-electronics grade carbon nanotube formulation, which paved the way for the introduction of these nanomaterials into semiconductor foundries.

Having joined Nantero in 2003, he is one of the longest serving members of the Nantero team. His contributions range from key technical breakthroughs developing Nantero’s materials technology platform to leadership roles involved in growing and building the materials team.

He has more than 20 years of experience in carbon nanomaterials research and development and 10+ years of technology management experience. He has a Ph. D. degree in Materials Science from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and MBA degree from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
