Kathleen McGoldrick

Kathleen McGoldrick, Esq., CIPM, CIPP/E, currently serves as Privacy and Compliance Counsel and Privacy Officer at NantHealth since September 2020. Prior to this position, Kathleen held various roles at AmeriHealth Caritas from May 2013 to September 2020, including Privacy Manager and Senior Compliance and Privacy Policy Analyst. Kathleen's earlier experience includes serving as an Attorney at Lavin, O'Neil, Ricci, Cedrone & DiSipio and as an Assistant District Attorney at the Delaware County District Attorney's Office. Kathleen began legal training as a Certified Legal Intern and a Legal Intern for the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General, and completed a Law Clerk position with the Honorable Susan Gantman at the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Kathleen earned a J.D. from Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics/History from the University of Maryland.
