Nishtha Kaura

Nishtha Kaura has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nishtha started their career at Accenture Interactive in 2011 as a Senior Programmer, where they led the production support deployment for Agile Marketing Analytics Platform and analyzed marketing plans for clients. In 2015, they joined ICICI Bank as a Commercial Banking Account Manager, where they managed a portfolio of corporate clients and achieved significant growth in fees by introducing new cash management products and trade finance solutions. Nishtha then worked at Darktrace as a Cyber Security Account Manager, where they closed a million-dollar deal and provided consulting services on cyber threats and incident response strategies. Nishtha later joined MFS Investment Management as an Information Security Co-op, improving the vulnerability assessment program and developing reporting metrics for network penetration events. Currently, Nishtha is working at NantHealth as a Lead Systems Security Professional.

Nishtha Kaura completed their Master's degree in Cyber Security from Northeastern University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak from 2013 to 2015. Nishtha also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jaypee University of Information Technology, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. Lastly, they completed their XIIth Standard from Delhi Public School - R.K. Puram in 2007 and their Xth Standard from Delhi Public School Noida from 1998 to 2005.
