Halina Gottlieb

Halina Gottlieb is an accomplished expert in cultural heritage and digital media, currently serving as the CEO of Digital Heritage Center Sweden AB since 2013, which focuses on enhancing audience engagement for museums and cultural institutions. As a co-founder of the Digital Intangible Heritage of Asia research cluster at Nanyang Technological University, Halina connects intangible and tangible heritage through digital innovations. Halina is also the founder and chairwoman of NODEM, a forum that fosters collaboration between academia and the creative industry. Additionally, Halina has held roles as a senior researcher at Interactive Institute Swedish ICT since 1999, where development of innovative prototypes for visitor engagement has been a key focus. Halina’s academic credentials include a PhD in Museum Studies from the University of East London and a BA in Art History from Stockholm University.
