Shayna Chng

Shayna Chng is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Talent Management at Nanyang Technological University Singapore since July 2022. Prior to this role, Shayna spent nearly seven years at the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) as a Senior Manager in HR Business Partnering, where responsibilities included developing integrated HR solutions and managing employee relations. Shayna's career in HR also includes managerial roles at the Ministry of Education, focusing on the recruitment of Kindergarten and trained teachers, and positions at Seagate Technology and Sony Electronics, where recruitment and onboarding processes were emphasized.
