Arushi Sharma is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology industry and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Director at SouthBridge Executive since May 2022, Arushi focuses on connecting top talents with leading organizations. Concurrently, as Director and Associate Director at NAOS International since January 2017, Arushi plays a key role in modernizing and optimizing the executive search model across APAC, MEA, and EU regions. Previous roles include Regional Senior Consultant and Senior Human Resources Associate at KPMG Singapore, where Arushi specialized in learning and development and talent acquisition.
