Iris Amelia Campos Garduño

Iris Amelia Campos Garduño currently serves as the Head of People, Training & Legal Compliance at NAOS Mexico and HR Champion for the Americas Region, with a focus on managing the employee lifecycle and enhancing employee experience. Prior experience includes roles at L'Oréal as a Compensations and Benefits Coordinator & Diversity and Inclusion Leader, as well as managing HR for the Professional Products Division. Earlier in the career, Iris worked at Unilever as an HR Business Partner for Marketing and Research & Development, and for the Field Sales structure of Helados Holanda. Iris holds multiple degrees, including a Master's specialization in Human Capital Management from Universidad Panamericana and various diplomas in advanced communication and organizational development.
