Andrew Damron is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in engineering management and technical services. Currently serving as General Manager and District Engineer at Napa Sanitation District since May 2010, Andrew has held progressively responsible positions including Assistant General Manager and Director of Technical Services. Prior to that, Andrew owned Damron Engineering, specializing in civil engineering services for residential and commercial projects. Previous roles include Civil Engineer at Riechers Spence & Associates, Project Engineer at Rick Engineering Company, and Civil Engineer at MRO Engineers. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, complemented by foundational studies in Structural Engineering at UC San Diego.
