Mark Theis

Mark Theis has extensive work experience in the field of technology and project management. Mark is currently a Network Engineer at Napa Valley Unified School District since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at TOTLCOM Inc. as a Project Manager from December 2015 to March 2022, and again from 2015 to 2016. Mark also worked as a Technology Integrator at Southern California Telephone Company from July 2010 to December 2015. Before that, Mark was the Owner of Abadon Studio from 1999 to July 2010. Mark also held the position of CTO/Co-Founder at Secur A Quote from 2004 to 2006 and was an IT Visionary at 1Network from 2000 to 2001. Mark's earlier experiences include roles as a Database/Application Programmer at Monarch Healthcare and Applications Programmer/Analyst at Monarch HealthCare in 1998.

Mark Theis attended South Puget Sound Community College from 1992 to 1995, where they studied Computer Science. Mark did not obtain a degree in this field.

In terms of additional certifications, Mark Theis obtained several certifications from Zoom. In February 2022, they earned the following certifications: ZCSA - Customer Success Management, ZTSA - Zoom Foundations, Zoom Meetings Qualified Sales Specialist, Zoom Phone Administration, Zoom Phone Delivery Engineer (Certified Integrator Program), Zoom Phone Project Manager (Certified Integrator Program), Zoom Phone Sales Specialist (Certified Integrator Program), Zoom Phone Solutions Engineer (Certified Integrator Program), Zoom Phone Specialist, Zoom Rooms Qualified Sales Specialist, and Zoom Technical Product Training.

Furthermore, Mark Theis also obtained certifications from RingCentral. In December 2021, they completed the Ignite Certified Course, the RingCentral Admin Certified Course (RCCP), and the RingCentral Sales Professional Certified Course.

In addition to these certifications, Mark Theis completed the Zoom Overview (available through January 31, 2022) and Getting Started with Zoom courses in December 2021. Mark also obtained the ZSA - Zoom Foundations certification in both 2021 and an unspecified month.
