Paula L. Green MA has extensive work experience in the field of speech-language pathology and education.

Paula L. started their career as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the Napa Valley Unified School District in 1975 and served as the Lead Speech-Language Pathologist for most of the past 9 years. In this role, they were responsible for arranging and providing professional development, interviewing applicants, supporting newly hired SLPs, serving as the LEA at IEPs, and developing policies, procedures, and best practices. Paula L. also edited, compiled, and published the Handbook for Speech Language Pathologists in NVUSD, consulted with AT Specialists regarding Assistive Technology for students with IEPs, provided support and consultation to SLPs, gathered data for department research, and compiled caseload information for yearly assignment planning.

In 1994, they worked as an Education Consultant/Language Specialist in the Educational Research Department at Compaq Computers.

Paula L. then joined Computer Success in 2011 as a Speech Language Pathologist. In this role, they provided private speech and language therapy, assessment, and consultation services. Paula L. was also a provider of Scientific Learning Products, including Fast ForWord, an internet-based software program designed to improve auditory processing and language skills. Additionally, they self-published speech and language therapy products.

In 2014, they became an Adjunct Faculty member at Pacific Union College.

Paula L. Green MA received a Bachelor's Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Ohio University in the years 1972 to 1975. Paula L. then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology at California State University-Sacramento from 1982 to 1984.
