Rabinder Mangewala

Rabinder Mangewala is an experienced educational administrator currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent and Chief Business Official for Napa Valley Unified School District since July 2019. Previously, Rabinder held the position of Senior Director and Director of Technology, Assessment, Research, and Evaluation at San Leandro Unified School District from November 2013 to June 2019. Rabinder's educational background includes a School Business Management Certificate and a degree in School Business Management, both from the University of Southern California, as well as studies at California State University - East Bay and USC Rossier School of Education.
