Anne-Mari Kantola

Anne-Mari Kantola has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director, People at NAPA since September 1999. In this role, Anne-Mari is responsible for translating business targets into HR actions and developing global HR processes, policies, and tools. Key responsibilities include headcount planning, recruiting, talent management, and employee relations. Prior to this position, Anne-Mari held roles as HR Manager and Executive Assistant at NAPA, where duties encompassed a variety of HR functions and administrative tasks. Additional experience includes serving as a Secretary at Cambridge University and Executive Assistant at Pro Baltica Forum. Anne-Mari holds a Degree of HR Assistant from the Institute of Marketing and has completed several secretarial and sales programs.
