Raveen Thrimawithana

Raveen Thrimawithana is a Senior Software Developer at NAPA, with extensive experience in computer vision and software development. Previously, Raveen worked at Varjo as a Computer Vision Engineer, focusing on TOF depth sensing and mixed reality graphics pipeline design. Prior to that, Raveen held multiple positions at Zebra Technologies, including Senior Computer Vision Software Developer, where responsibilities included machine vision algorithm development for mobile devices and prototyping advanced 3D reconstruction applications. Raveen's career began at Sutra Technologies, developing algorithms for turbo machinery geometry, and includes experience as a chess coach at various educational institutions. Raveen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Physics, and Statistics from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Peradeniya, and several diplomas in Electrical Engineering from City & Guilds.
