Kathleen Chen currently serves as Board Attorney at Johnson & Johnson and has held numerous leadership positions within the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association since April 2016, including NE Regional Governor and Co-Chair of the Women's Leadership Network. As President of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania from January 2022 to December 2024, Kathleen has demonstrated a strong commitment to advocacy and leadership. Previously, Kathleen worked as Associate General Counsel at the University of Pennsylvania, where responsibilities included managing research contracts and providing legal guidance. Kathleen's legal career includes roles as Senior Associate at Lowe & Associates, Associate at a National Healthcare Law Firm, and Assistant Corporation Counsel. An alumnus of Temple University with a JD degree, Kathleen also holds a BA in Biology and an M.G.A. in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
