Husni Houssami

Husni Houssami is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Napco National since May 1997, currently serving as Executive Director. Husni has held various leadership roles including Director of Organizational Development and Director of Human Resources and Administration, and played a pivotal role in establishing and leading the Strategic HR function to enhance the organization's human capital. Prior to this, Husni served as Company Sales Manager for the Western Province, driving significant sales growth and market share, and also managed sales development in remote areas. Husni's earlier experience includes a tenure at UPS and operations management in the Montreal Hub. Husni holds a BA in Political Science and Commerce from Concordia University and a Baccalaureate in Philosophy from International College.
