Issam Chaaya has a long history of work experience with NAPCO Group. Issam started as a Sales Manager in 1996 and then transitioned to roles such as Plant Manager and General Manager of Napco Flexible Packaging. In 2009, they became the Area General Manager and later served as the Key Account Director and Vice President of Napco Flexible Packaging. Issam'swork experience with NAPCO Group spans from 1996 to the present.
Issam Chaaya studied at Northern Arizona University from 1978 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
