Marwan Frem

Marwan Frem, MBA, CMA has a diverse range of work experience in various managerial roles. Marwan started their career at Unipak Tissue mill member of Indevco Group as a Maintenance Engineer in 2005. In 2006, they joined Masterpak S.A.L. as a Production Engineer. Later that year, they joined Napco National, where they held several positions including Plant Manager, Sales Manager, Operation Manager, and General Manager. Marwan served as the Executive Director at Napco National from 2013 to 2017 before becoming the President in 2017, their current role.

Marwan Frem holds an MBA degree from the London Business School, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Marwan also has a CMA certification from the Institute of Management Accountants, earned between 2008 and 2009. Prior to that, Frem completed their undergraduate studies at the American University of Beirut, where they received a BE degree in electrical engineering from 2000 to 2004.
