Management and Logistics

The Management and Logistics team at Napco National ensures the efficient coordination and execution of various operational processes. This team is responsible for data analysis and monitoring, overseeing educational initiatives through the Napco Learning Institute, managing the logistics and planning of supply chains, administering programming and ERP systems for management information systems, and overseeing project management. Together, they support the company's mission of delivering high-quality packaging solutions and services to its clientele in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and beyond.
