Josdian Cheng

Josdian Cheng has extensive experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, currently serving as a Production Supervisor at NAPCO Security Technologies since March 2011. In this role, Josdian is responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting production line defects, calibrating and maintaining SMT equipment, and supporting production builds. Previously, Josdian worked as an SMT Programming Specialist and Machinery Technician at Power-One, where duties included programming SMT production lines, revising BOM structures, training SMT technicians, and implementing engineering change orders. Josdian holds a degree in Electromechanical Engineering with a focus on electronics from UASD and a high school diploma in Industrial Machines Electricity from Instituto Politecnico Pilar Constanzo.
