Jim Hoff

Jim Hoff serves as the Communications Supervisor for the City Manager’s Office in Naperville since November 2022, delivering expertise in public information and communications management. Previously, Jim held the position of Management Analyst for the Village of Woodridge, where responsibilities included external and internal communications, budget collaboration, and strategic planning. Jim's extensive experience in academic administration includes roles at Kellogg School of Management, progressing from Program Assistant to Assistant Director, specializing in student engagement and program marketing. Additional experience encompasses public relations roles across various firms, and an early career with the U.S. Department of State. Jim's educational background includes a BA from Indiana University, a Master’s Degree in Public Service Management from DePaul University, and certifications from Northern Illinois University and Harvard Business School Online.
