Maja Vuckovic

Maja Vuckovic has extensive experience in the electrical engineering field. Maja most recently worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer at the City of Naperville, where they were responsible for designing electric distribution and substation systems. Prior to that, they held the role of Electrical Engineer at G&W Electric Co., where they were involved in the development, modification, and maintenance of cable accessories products. Before that, they served as a Lead Electrical Engineer at EPS Distribucija, where they supervised an engineering group and managed operational responsibilities for an entire region of Serbia's electrical utility. Maja also worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer at ED Jugoistok d.o.o. Niš, where they supervised installation and modification work in substations and was responsible for maintenance and testing of low and medium voltage equipment. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Electrical Engineer at Elektrotimok Zajecar Distribution Company.

Maja Vuckovic has a Master's Degree in Power Engineering from the University of Nis, Faculty of Electronic Engineering - Department for Power Engineering. Maja obtained this degree from 1993 to 1999. Maja Vuckovic also has additional certifications, including "Fundamentals of Distribution Energy Resources" and "Underground Electrical Distribution Systems" from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which were obtained in November 2022 and March 2022 respectively. Maja also has a certification in "How to Slow Down and Be More Productive" from LinkedIn, obtained in March 2021. Furthermore, they hold a certification in "Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing" from Illinois BIS, obtained in June 2020. Maja Vuckovic is also a licensed engineer, certified by the Serbian Chamber of Engineers in December 2003.
