Jennifer Miller

As the head of Human Resources, Jennifer's first priority is to take care of their people. She guides the team of HR professionals, drawing on her more than 20 years of experience in employee relations, regulatory compliance, recruitment and retention. Jennifer also has more than a decade of experience in correctional health care and government contracting, including with the United States Office of Personnel Management. With this knowledge and experience, Jennifer develops people-first strategies that make NaphCare an employer of choice across the country.
