Kristi Mays, MSHRM, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles. Kristi currently serves as Human Resources Compliance Manager at NaphCare, Inc., having previously held positions as Regional Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Business Partner within the organization. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Consultant and Director of Benefits and Compensation at Books A Million, as well as Human Resources Manager at Birmingham Airport Authority and Human Resources Generalist at Bruno's Supermarket. Kristi holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Faulkner University.
