Liz MacFarland is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in compliance, operations, and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Compliance Manager at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia since May 2017, Liz is responsible for HR compliance team development, audit responses, and regulatory risk assessment. Previous positions include roles such as HR Operations & Administration Program Manager, EEO Consultant, and Senior HR Compliance Specialist at the same institution, along with freelance consulting and experience at the Philadelphia Eagles and Lowe's Companies, Inc. Liz holds a Master’s Degree and multiple Bachelor's Degrees in Labor Employment Relations and Human Resources Management from Rutgers University, complemented by an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Rowan College at Burlington County.
