Noelle Sisco

Elle Sisco is a Managing Director and Portfolio Strategist for Credit Strategies at Napier Park. Prior to this role, Elle served as a Vice President in Napier Park’s Product Management team, specializing in the firm’s structured credit strategies. Before joining Napier Park in May 2016, Elle spent 3 years at the alternative investment manager, ISAM, focusing on business development for the firm’s quantitative investment program. Elle earned her BA in Economics at Rutgers University, where she was also a member of the school’s Division 1 Softball Program. Elle earned the CAIA designation in 2014 and became a CFA charter holder in 2017. Elle serves as a member of the AIMA Research Committee.
