Chip Pohlen

Chip Pohlen is an accomplished project manager and engineer with extensive experience in the marine and civil engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Project Manager for Structures & Marine at Napier Port since April 2015, Chip has honed skills in project management, engineering design, hydrographic surveying, and contractor management. Prior to this role, Chip worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Napier Port and as a Land Development Technician at Cardno. Beginning a career in surveying as a Survey Assistant at Fieldworx HB Ltd., Chip holds a New Zealand Diploma in Engineering (Civil) from the Wellington Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Open Polytechnic. Educational background includes attendance at St John's College Hastings from 2005 to 2009.
