Simon Le Voi

Global Head of Support at Napier

Simon Le Voi is currently the Global Head of Support at Napier. Prior to this, they worked as the Business Systems Manager (Sales Marketing and Online) at British Gas from August 2006 to January 2010.

During their time at British Gas, Simon was responsible for an annual portfolio of £30 million and a team of 30 FTE. Simon partnered with the Director of Digital to successfully transition the company's website from House.co.uk to BritishGas.co.uk. This new website allowed customers to self-serve, driving traffic away from call centers.

Simon also launched EnergySmart, BG's first online only investment, which was a precursor to smart meters. This technology allowed customers to take control of their energy use and submit readings to receive accurate bills, rather than estimated bills. The product was a best seller and market leader in customer satisfaction, replicated across the industry.

In addition, Simon launched Sainsbury's Energy, a co-branded experience for Sainsbury Energy customers across web, mail, and call center channels. This included all propositions from Homecare through to dual fuel and new energy products.

Finally, Simon introduced new technology for a field sales community which increased sales by 15% year-over-year. This allowed field sales advisors to have richer conversations with customers and provide them with more choice and accurate costs.

Simon Le Voi studied Micro Electronics at the University of Brighton, earning a BSc (Hons) in the subject.

They are on a team with Shana Leyva - Marketing Lead, NALA, Kate Bennett - Chief Marketing Officer, and Nick Portalski - Chief Solutions Officer. Simon Le Voi reports to Julian Dixon, CEO.
