Dalila Gomez Mendoza

Dalila Gomez Mendoza has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Front Desk Manager at Naples Bay Resort since November 2018. Previously, Dalila worked at Mayakoba since June 2016 as Assistant to the VP of Marketing and Operations and Events Coordinator, where responsibilities included high-level administrative support, event planning, and managing executive schedules. Other roles include Sales Coordinator for special events at The St. Regis Mexico City, Welcome Desk & Whatever Whenever Agent at W South Beach, and Reservations Agent at St. Regis Punta Mita. Dalila holds a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism from Universidad de Guadalajara, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
