Donna McGinnis

Donna McGinnis has extensive work experience in various leadership and development roles in the botanical garden, nonprofit, and educational sectors. Donna currently serves as the President & CEO of Naples Botanical Garden since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Vice President, Community & Development at Missouri Botanical Garden from 2013 to 2017. In addition, Donna worked as a Faculty member at Washington University from 2006 to 2016. Donna also held positions at Missouri History Museum, The Rome Group, Miriam Foundation, Dance St. Louis, and Opera Theatre of Saint Louis.

Donna McGinnis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, with Summa Cum Laude honors, from Washington State University. Donna also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University. In addition, Donna McGinnis is a Certified Fund Raising Executive, certified by CFRE International.
